The Narre Warren North electorate includes the suburbs of Hallam, Narre Warren and Narre Warren North and parts of Endeavour Hills, Berwick, and Harkaway.

Luke is also the Minister for Child Protection and Minister for Disability, Ageing and Carers in the Daniel Andrews government.
